Say hello to your pectoral muscles :-). These are some of the muscles that can get really tight from all the time spent picking. And those muscles are already short and tight for most everyone today from slumping over our keyboards and phones with our arms out in front of us. I bet you also have tight neck and shoulder and jaw muscles too. Next time you pick, notice what muscles are tensing up. All our muscles are interconnected with a giant mass of connective tissue called fascia, which can bind up and link separate muscles so they tug on each other.
